Promoting leadership and personal accountability in business management with an emphasis on people strategies for over 30 years, Dee Bradford is a life-long entrepreneur and learner. She is a world citizen and an old-fashioned country girl who enjoys the study of people and their behaviors. Her career started in accounting and finance, quickly moving into multi-location operations, inventory management, and then into HR & OD.
Dee has held senior leadership roles in several mid-sized companies over the past 30 years. She spent many of those years as a turn-around consultant responding to the organizational needs of C-suite leaders and helping them find solutions for underperforming business metrics. She has extensive experience in converting the strategic goals into people strategies that cascade to the individual employee evaluation point. Dee’s OD work is broad and covers both transformational change leadership as well as incremental change strategies that include creating effective policies and processes for organizations of all sizes. This deep body of work allows her to provide vivid examples of the competencies needed in business leadership and managing the human aspect of business.
