Human Resources Operations & Compliance
Navigating HR complexities is our expertise. We can move at your pace from answering a quick set of questions to conducting a full investigation. We can review a new operations system due to growth, or design a new operations system for a start-up or a greenfield operation. Consultant, Fractional Executive, or Outsourced
Choose how we work together: in a pure consulting arrangement at an hourly billable rate; as a fractional executive to fill-in during a leave of absence, a staffing change, or perhaps due to growth; or outsource your Human Resources services and we will be your HR Department.
As a Fractional Executive, we step into your worksite under contract as your COO, CHRO, CAO, CoS executive. We excel in fixing poor consulting work, ensuring accurate information, keeping an eye on the triple bottom line, and maintaining compliance. Once our work is complete, we will update your returning executive, or train your new incoming executive, removing the added burden of training from your shoulders, while providing a seamless process for the rest of your company.

Ombudsperson
Our Ombudsperson service offers a proactive and inexpensive approach to handling employee comments, suggestions, concerns, complaints, compliments, and whistleblowing. This is an email-based service with an option for employees to select a follow-up meeting option of a telephone coaching session or a video conference coaching session with a senior Human Resources professional.
Your employees make your business! As people strategists, we listen deeply and help employees communicate with their supervisors and managers. By coaching employees through their communication challenges with their supervisors, we aim to prevent potential legal issues from forming while fostering a learning organizational culture that embraces a true open-door communication process.
Use our Ombudsperson service to demonstrate, in a concrete manner, your commitment to a continuous improvement process by using a true open-door communication invitation.

All training programs are designed to quickly elevate HR & Leadership knowledge and skills. Our immersive approach ensures that trainees excel in their roles by being able to select the learning method that is the best fit for their learning style.
Employee Advocate
We help employees rediscover their love for their job without resorting to external agencies to log complaints against their employer or resigning from their jobs.
Turnover costs can be as high as 50% of the first-year salary for each employee who must be replaced and that does not account for the cost associated with reduced operational output. Our team practices deep listening, shares best communication tips, discusses employment law in a non-judgmental manner, and we coach employees on how to have respectful conversations with their supervisor/ manager for a mutually beneficial set of outcomes.

Employer Advocate
In times of legal challenges, turn to us. Debra Bradford has represented over 300 clients, preventing court actions and resolving complaints from the EEOC or the state-level HRC.
Clients utilizing the Ombudsperson service are automatically enrolled and included in our Employer Advocate services.
We bring expertise in representing clients at EEOC, HRC, Unemployment Compensation, or Workers’ Compensation meetings/ hearings.

Fundraiser Workshop Services
